IN THE LIGHT OF 1001 HADITHS – 154 - Hasan Dede
“What was predestined while a human being was in his/her mother’s womb, would surely be realised.”
Souls are in three parts. When the first soul came into existence, it was asked that “Who are you?” It immediately answered “You are yourself and I am myself” and it denied God right after coming to existence.
They asked the same question to the second soul, after it came into being. It said “My God, I was created by you. I tended towards your entities and turned you my back, however I understood that entities cannot take me to the eternal beauty. I have repented and returned to you, my God.” We are this kind of souls. Namely, one day -after ages of 30 or 40- we experience a seeking and reach at salvation through being born at the presence of a Murshid Kamil (spiritually wise guide).
When the third soul came into existence, it was asked: “Who are you?”, the third soul flung itself down, prostrated and said “I do not exist, but you do. I stand up with your command, speak and live with your command. Not one piece of my hair would tremble, without your command.” These are Prophets, true-born Velis (saints) meaning Piran (founders of orders). All of our Master Piran are servants of Resul (the Messenger of God). If they had not been so; those smiling faces would not have appeared, those beautiful words would not have been articulated by them and they would not have had uniting people. They never inclined to sects. Their religion, belief and sect were our Master Resulallah (the Messenger of God). They gave their hearts to Resulallah, acquired His manners; they all became ‘One’, were read as “One” and spoke from “One”.
Hüdavendigar Mevlana (Master Rûmî) states, beautifully, that “If veils arose from souls, every word of souls would be like Messiah’s. Soul was clean and pure like water, when it came to material, it wallowed in the earth. When it became clear again at the presence of Sheikh, the muddiness the earth gave left it. At that time, it lifted up the veil from its face, and began shining like the moon and the sun. After it gets rid of body prison, soul would reach at maturity and take wings with the power that God gives. If it looks at a stone and the earth, the stone will become a piece of pearl and the earth will be converted into gold.” Exalted Mevlana, the spiritual sun of our dark world; our World is enlightened with your light, our Hearts are pure with your love and glowing with your eternal beauty. Exalted Mevlana, the endless beauty; we, helpless persons, live through your light, without Your light, we would not exist.
