Bowing Heads To Each Other
In the Mevlevî Way, when two disciples meet, they salute each other by placing their hand on their heart and bowing their heads to each other.
They asked Hz. Mevlana: “What is the most valuable kind of worship?”
“To bow your heads to each other.” Mevlana replied.
“And what does this signify?”, they asked again.
“It means to recognize each other as the Divine...”
